@erin @Chigaze My understanding is, a criminal case has the goal of seeing wrongdoers punished, a civil case has the goal of making victims whole - i.e. getting them reimbursed. Mostly a criminal case would eat up the money the league might get reimbursed from, because Cahd would need a criminal defence lawyer.
