@leavex@mastodon.social The UK government is eager to bring in online ID, a VPN ban etc, ostensibly to protect children online and yet the vast majority of MPs and gov officials continue to use X or FB, the very platforms guilty of promoting online harm. It's not about protecting anyone, if they had any morals they would leave.
