💜 For anyone ready to hear this: When we say, we are not "good enough" we are listening to a mental "recording" ⏺️ 🔁 of someone in the past who intentionally made every effort to make us feel like a "lesser than". You deserve the best. Truly. In other words, "Don't let the bastards get you down" especially unkind folk 🫂
