Despite the repeated denial they could provide the service as did the company they bought out, and the annoying comment of one supervisor, "You need to find a different agency to meet your husband's needs, because we don't have time or personnel to accommodate you," * , the problem was immediately resolved by the vice president. (Who called several days later as a follow up to make sure the problem was resolved, plus gave me their personal cell phone number and said call anytime if we had problems again.) [ * In our rural area there is no other company available who provides this service, so that supervisor's comment was unacceptable.]
