That's the GM version of my "Derek Laserface" player who always wants to run the same basic game.
I've never really understood the desire to run cosmic horror games until you've played a lot of low stakes "My teeth are spying on me" games. There's no empathy with your character's privation from shared reality if you haven't established a sense of care about their world.

Without being presumptuous I think if I wanted to run an occulty sort of game and I knew you were a player, I'd experiment with something like Bookhounds of London. Or Carnacki, maybe some Ghost Breaker plots where some are frauds and fakes and some are proper ghosts and hauntings. Generally as a GM I go around the group and go "what sort of games do you like" and rather than pick the least worst existing. I'll try and write a portmanteau that has a bit of everything wanted @pteryx @Taskerland
