It seems some chapters are not available, e.g. https://elenlefoll.github.io/RstatsTextbook/6_ImportingData.html gives me a 404 not found error.

@evanmiltenburg Thanks a lot for pointing this out! A very strange case of caching issues which took me a while to figure out, but now all chapters are online again. Thanks again!
