Reese Witherspoon understands that playing Elle Woods in Legally Blonde doesn't make her an attorney. But Trump doesn't realize that sitting behind the Resolute Desk doesn't make him qualified to be POTUS, nor does it qualify any of the ragtag wastrels straight out of Central Casting that he used to fill his Liquor Cabinet. The entire crew doesn't have the collective capability or intelligence to fill a thimble.
