Something I noticed on my $dayjob Macbook: Sadly the company I work for thought it best to install chatgpt, Claude, and cursor using Iru (formerly Kandji). I noticed when chatgpt gets installed, it appears to allocate for itself some local storage under my Firefox profile. The reason I know this is, I rm -fr'd all that shit but when it got reinstalled by Iru, it recreated that local storage bit again. The installer must scan for browser profiles it can infect like a barnacle. I might have to boot into safe mode and do some creative chflags soon. #noai #fuckai
