@ThePingMachine Oh they are absolutely useless for any hiring. Especially Customer service - imagine a call where they ask for a service date that's three days after the day after four days ago or something. The hiring people likely just want to feel superior. I hate the tactic, but I do find I enjoy stupid puzzles.
