@Lats You are correct about the carbon intensity of EVs. The shortfall in the graph is a result of seasonal variations. Those are massive and unbridgeable except with gas backup.

@Lats The graph. Shows that there will always be need for fossil backup. Unless we rethink our use for solar and wind. Would be 2x better if those electrons were directed at green steel. https://energyasicit.ca/EnergyVision/
