This. Without somebody telling me, I really wouldn't have known. Sorry to any of my friends on mastodon.social... that's just the nature of the fediverse. The rest of us can carry on while your server gets fixed. The only reason it's "news" is because it's such a large server.

@realtegan@wandering.shop That really shows how decentralized the fediverse is one part can have issues while others keep running normally It only feels like a big deal because mastodon.social is so large I had to move from mastodon.social to another instance(defcon.social) just to keep things moving ahead and it really shows how the system still works.
