Apps on mobile allow you to set several accounts.
With a long press on (almost any) action button (reply, add bookmark, boost, follow ...) show a menu selector to do the action with one of another account.
That is useful. Should works with Moshidon, Tusky, Husky, Fedilab (may be with Mastodon too but I don't use it, I don't remember why)
And, apps on mobile use less RAM than web browsers.

@lautreg @sgtpepere @rperezrosario can you open any content in other tab to check them later? Bookmark any web page? Do search by image? Use your beloved translator? Open few web pages to make post? Less RAM usage is not an argument. I have plenty RAM even after fennec opened all things need to be opened.
