@deborahh @mayintoronto @moshidon Hi. PWAs are a way to distribute web applications. They usually consist of a web browser pointing directly to the web application, packaged as a stand-alone app with its own icon that can be placed in a mobile phone's home screen, or desktop os's desktop/start menu. It saves users from having to open a browser and browse to the application instead. There are other technical details but that is it, in a nutshell.
