So Tindie was apparently working enough to send me an email that I have an order, but not well enough for me to actually view the order or fulfill it. I&#39;ve joked in the past that Tindie&#39;s rate of feature development suggests that the average number of people working on the site is zero. It&#39;s been totally down for several days at this point, and I&#39;m not delighted about being right.

I think the basic thing that has destroyed my remaining trust in Tindie here is the fact that they're calling the maintenance "scheduled." Normally, "scheduled" maintenance is communicated to users in advance, so they can plan. I guess Tindie themselves knew this maintenance was scheduled, but they didn't tell the sellers. Moreover, they can't seem to tell anyone when "scheduled maintenance" will _end._ So if it was scheduled at the outset, it's sure as hell not scheduled now.
