The weird thing about this is that the actual advice here is just mostly just the status quo. I don't think this does anything to "end the backlash" against trans people. Kind of a strange policy paper.

I'll go through it: Okay, sure... those are some values. Gotta say, though, that the words "dignity and respect" (used twice in this screenshot) cause me to flinch because that's the go-to line that the UK government has been using as they strip trans rights over there. But sure, fine values /
