@jawarajabbi The republicans could say that about Hegseth. They could say and do a lot of things, but they will not. It's fine to try to convince republican congresspeople to stand up to trump. There's nothing to lose by trying. Even if there a simple minority in the House that will impeach him, just try getting the 67 votes needed for the Senate to remove him. I look at their past behavior, and I know that they will follow trump down to the lowest level of hell.
