Almost like context is super important.
The Nazis annexing Czechoslovakia was negative. The allies annexing Germany was positive. Very very few actions have innate moral character. Like killing is bad but if the person you kill is Adolf Hitler it’s a good.

Right, it’s bad when one country invades another out of nowhere, like for flimsy historical excuses to use their land.
