@susankayequinn I would've done it when I worked for dance studios but it wasn't an option.
I had the same courtesy extended to me by other dance instructors and martial arts instructors when I was poor. I did promotions work and cleaning for them. Also traded figure modeling for art classes.
When you grow up in a barter community, it comes naturally.

@Shanmonster it really is all about mindset, and I'm hoping we can disassociate it from "being poor" and being more something that just everyone does. I think we "buy our way out of community" a lot and it's not good for us.
