@timhopper it's not a 'bad' email, but they shouldn't be sending them to your users!

@delanthear Yes, I agree! I'll contact the support team tomorrow, as it's getting late here (this was where I was directed to pass on the complaint when I passed it through the AI Agent). I'll be sure to let you know how I get on 👍
