I was arguing with my Mom about 'Dark Winds' season 3. I'm not saying that Joe shouldn't have killed B. J. Vines, because I probably would have, but he should have consulted his wife first. Who never would have agreed because of the spiritual implications. That said, Indian justice vs. White justice. Algonquins think about these things a little differently. I would argue that B. J. Vines spirit was already in the house and needed to be snuffed out with the appropriate justice and burial ritual so his spirit can't come back as a wendigo or something equally horrible. Just saying...
