@ActNowOnClimate @UKnoGum @the_blackwell_ninja well, as the article points out, it’s designed *for* the rich. It basically sets the world up as one big, high stake, predator-prey setting with nothing in the middle. If you’re prey, you’re stuck. If you are a predator, you are almost untouchable. However, if you ever slip and fall in the wealth rift, there’s little chance on recovery. A totalitarian (or other inequality promoting) government is not strictly necessary for this system, but it sure helps
