I went to the pump track in the lunch break and I smashed myself so hard on gravel 🥴😅 And I feel the pain NOW, more that 4 hours later here and there. It takes hours for my nervous system to transfer pain 🤔 it can mean: my pain level is always high or my body is developing in the wrong direction. Stay tuned
