@sister_ratched @philbetts @David we don’t know where and what people started wearing. I suspect that they started by wearing animal skins more for warmth in colder parts than for actual decency requirements. That came later. So… warm animal coats first. Then, was it the idea of using the fur to create something else first? Or realising that you could make baskets out of weaving, then moved on to smaller thickness weaving to eventually get something approaching fabric? Or?
