@Privacymatters the actions of the current USA administration, specially but not of DOGE, prove without any doubt that the conditions stated on the adequacy statement are clearly not met. It should have been revoked with the maximum urgency, the USA Government has no idea who can access and process data in its own government, and hasn't taken any action to control it.
