@Coho if there is pollen and a stigma (female sticky part), you can try your hand at pollination. Just take a soft brush and gently brush over the flowers. Hopefully, pollen will get onto the stigma and you'll have accomplished the necessary pollination.
Just check to be sure the pollen is ready for this- it's a sticky greasy powder. Better to have the bees do it but it can happen without them.

@deepmud I will try that if they have both parts , but I've read that guava plants are either male or female. There's a lot of bees
