My 1st carrot harvest

Not too bad. Too many smaller ones means i planted too close together. I spaced them out more this time around and will add more water and manure… should come out better.

Ive never had them before. Surprised to learn that if you peel the purple ones, they are still orange inside. But yellows are yellow.

Rainbow carrots some of my fave, though they inconsistent sizes. We always roast em in butter
