Finally finished this earlier. Everyone interested in making, sustaining and listening to music should read it (and I could’ve read a whole book based around the last chapter and the archivist element to documenting local music scenes).

It's on the 'books to buy' list, along with the other books I saw you discussing the other day! Just need to finish this one. And the Miles Davis autobiography. God help me.
