To end up in this situation in the first place, any developer would have had to have looked at the documentation and deliberately disregard the "host your own tileserver if you're going to be driving a lot of traffic" parts, which are repeatedly emphasized. Corporate actors rarely learn from a soft touch.

@BalooUriza or it will lead to the rejection of OSM. Yes, the developer is at fault, but we are not even giving them time to correct it. This has already happened when OSMF banned the default user agent flutter_map. OSMF did not promise to distribute tiles for free (especially to corporations), but sometimes this affects small tile users who do not cause a heavy load. It is understandable that when an application overloads the OSMF servers, it must be restricted immediately.
