@dave I've removed this from our server now so you shouldn't see any more requests from us to that endpoint. It had been there in our code unchanged for a few years now - but for some reason in the last 48 hours the load on our endpoints has massively increased almost 10x so that's definitely the cause - I'm trying to figure out why this happened. Will follow up once I know more on why. Sorry for the disruption!

@merryoscar No worries. I did notice the increase in traffic from you and should have mentioned it, but kept getting distracted with other things and didn't think about that endpoint. I should have tighter rate limiting on it anyway. Hope your traffic increase is for good reasons and not bad. 🤞
