@kirb Such as issue is that when I try to access my own VPS, I'm only getting 5 Mbps, even though I have a 1 Gbps broadband connection. Possibly due to cable disconnection by war factors, or anothers. Using proxy loading over Europe, and loading from Japan, has different speed. Sometimes, if not GFW blocked, directly connect will more fast.
