@argv_minus_one @Elizafox @camertron We literally are in places that are like strip clubs and bars. And it works because if someone behaves and acts the age, there there's no harm. If they don't act the age, they get kicked. And because the age liability is upon their parents, it doesn't involve weird identity-theft software. There is no way for kids of specific ages to form contracts and use some software - but placing the onus upon that software is a huge whole scammers can drive right through.
