Thinking half the night about #agency… Are we even aware how much our agency is taken away everywhere? Ofc, we track almost everything, and aim to optimise us and what not. It's as much agency as agile ceremony is true agility. The pretence of something that is taken away. The fancy super computer in our hands? Most of the software it needs never belongs to us.
