The things: - Doc ran 25 minutes late and didn't send the invite link until 25 minutes after my appointment time. - I was explicitly told multiple ways that the link would come by *email*. It came by text message. - While I waited an hour for this appointment, I was six minutes late seeing the text message (being busy refreshing various email folders instead of watching my phone). Even though I joined the call immediately and stayed on it for 30 minutes, the doctor never showed. As a patient, the doctor's time is incredibly valuable, but the patient's time is not valuable at all.
