Given that apart from memes about porn I have never heard of it even supposedly happening it seems unnecessary to make a generalized assumption. That’s my realistic take, same goes for all the arguably more interesting polyamorous relationship constellations I’ve thought of that are however otherwise unrelated. I also may have forgotten that step siblings are already long gone. Gosh, what has this conversation become.
