@rosyna if they contact you, yes. If you put up an alert in the app, maybe but I personally wouldn’t. Contact them directly if you have their contact info, no. That's my gut feeling anyways. Though if by developing you mean its beta users, then I think its all fair game for those.

@paul @rosyna I feel like it would be a little annoying but maybe tolerable to bug the user to update even in a retail release of an App.
