@phlash @EllenInEdmonton Thank you! I hope to carry out the practical parts of the cooking process myself (for the muscle memory), otherwise it won't sink in as well. And make enough notes to look back on. Photos are a really great idea there too. 🥘

    @Giselle Muscle memory is definitely the best way to learn a new process. I really like taking cooking classes, especially when I travel, because I learn so much about culture, ingredients, process, and so many other things. It's usually very social. I don't necessarily try to cook the dishes myself afterwards. I'm often just happy to know more about the foods I enjoy. If I want to make something myself, I try to do it on my own as soon as possible after learning.
