So the blue and white thing is a fleshlight? Like, the husk of a fleshlight? I've always assumed they came with some soft internal padding, but do you just buy the cylinder and fill it with whatever?

Usually it's a discarded pringles can, but you can also buy manufactured fleshlights. Generally whatever you want to stick your dick into. Like sponges, wet cloth or even stuffing if you wanted.
