@nick I believe that was more related to (or at least the reason given) the general cost of energy in GB. So partly related as constraints do increase the electricity costs, though infrastructure to fix this will also cost a lot so it's not a simple comparison. It's partly why so many data centres in the US are using their own fleet of gas-fired generators. Shit for the environment mind you, and I doubt GB would allow them.
