Just having to up the memory of my "borrowed from my wife" desktop Windows machine to try and do some development work and putting my old-failed machines RAM in it worked until the last stick.. The stick I kept testing my old machine with when it had failed and refused to get beyond POST... Please don't say a failed stick of RAM is the cause of over a week of stress.
