Hospitals in Gaza have become tents or caravans, and unfortunately, they lack proper medical care and doctors because they have been killed by Israel.

@Rania @aral Their "double-tap" strikes are specifically designed to kill anyone who tries to tend to the wounded. The "tactic" is literally just meant to murder everyone with medical training.
