Medical office: Stay by your email inbox. Check your spam folders. The doctor will send a link when it's time for your telehealth appointment. Me: Watches my email and inboxes for 30 minutes. No link. Call, confirm the doc just hasn't sent anything yet and to keep waiting. Finally look at my phone five minutes after a *text message* came through for the appointment. (30 minutes after the appointment time.) Doctor never joined the call after I did.
