I searched on DuckDuckGo for "git diff include untracked files". The AI Search Assistant helpfully told me:
To include untracked files in your git diff, you can use the command git diff --include-untracked.
It linked to this article which talks about the --include-untracked option.
Problem is, that option doesn't exist, and as far as I can tell, it never has. And I'm pretty sure that the linked article is AI-generated.
The ouroboros is eating its tail.
