I use a mixture of @gardenfence and the @iftas automated consensus-based blocklist.
Along with user reports and my own observations of course.

@BobDendry @gardenfence @iftas nice. Thanks for the resources. I was actually going to just wing it, but both sound like excellent starting points. I think I'll just tap into the lists to be on the safe side. 🙂
