400⁰F Oven Let steaks sit out for 30 min before cooking 2 T Lemon juice 2 cubes basil pesto 1 tsp liquid smoke 1 T A1 Sauce Salt Pepper 3 T butter Dust both sides with salt/pepper then brown for 2 min on bacon sides to crisp bacon. Turn 4 times round bacon edge. Place in pan and cook in oven for 15 min. Add half of marinade to top, at 7 min 30 sec remove from oven add rest of marinade and replace for last 7 min 30 sec. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 min. #recipe #steak
