I was told, this is what they use to fire at spaceships, that try to avoid paying the parking fee.
Either that, or it's the world's largest freely moveable tube telescope at the Archenhold Observatory in Berlin.
It was hard to get the fine details. I'm not a native German speaker. 🙃
