No, actually, I won’t be extorted for a second service because the first service isn’t working *while I continue to pay full price for the first service*.
I don’t care if the first service not working is a wholesaler issue; that’s between the wholesaler and the retailer, they can sort it out between themselves and not involve me.
Yes this is an internet provider trying to blame the NBN and also profit.

We all know that the NBN are absolute trash with a monopoly. The retail providers need to stop being such abject cowards and start passing these expenses on to them instead of to customers — see if that lights a fire under them.
