My favorite #Florida gardener at Cody Cove Farms, along with his friend from Zambia, shows us how to prepare pumpkin leaves. It’s another one of those things that seems obvious in hindsight but is just not done in our culture. I’ve cooked squash & pumpkin blossoms but not the leaves.
