First female blossom sighting on one of my Seminole pumpkin plants. I hand pollinated it. Also, the Zambian pumpkin leaf stew I mentioned in a previous post was delicious! I made a version I found online that includes pureed peanuts. Nice, #vegan, protein-and-nutrient rich food with so much flavor. #gardening
