The mistreatment, contempt and abuse of 1st Nations persons, and especially women and girls, is killing them. They always put on a show of “changing” but they never do. I’ve watched it, personally, and up close for over 30 years. Hospitals and doctors, nurses and reception, all exhibit highly racist attitudes towards patients that are First Nations.
