@RiisuPutra@toot.lv@, the sign is attached to the movable arm of an automatic boom barrier, along with an additional warning light, and they're there to increase the visibility of a lowered boom. Typically used before tunnel entrances etc.

@kidietz @RiisuPutra Thanks, it's obvious now that I know what it is - but passing a bunch of them (perfectly vertical) at speed confused me :)
